A project can be well understood in a meeting and still become difficult to follow during the week. Tasks live in separate lists. Dates change without the surrounding plan. People have the work, but not always the context that connects it to the goal.
We’re introducing CapZero Project Management to bring that context together. Projects, tasks, sub-tasks, milestones, and dependencies share one foundation, with several ways to look at the same work as a team plans and delivers it.
Give every piece of work a place
A project establishes the shared goal, its owner, and its dates. Milestones identify the checkpoints along the way. Tasks connect the work to an assignee, a priority, an estimate, and a due date, with sub-tasks for the pieces that need a more detailed plan.
Dependencies make the relationships between tasks explicit. A timeline can show the task bars, milestone markers, and dependency arrows together, giving the team a useful way to discuss the sequence of delivery.
Choose the view that fits the decision
Different conversations need different perspectives. A list makes it easy to scan the work. A table exposes the details. A board groups tasks by status. The timeline shows the plan across dates, while the calendar puts due work and milestones into a familiar schedule.
These are views of the same records. Teams can move between them without maintaining a separate planning spreadsheet just to see the work another way.
Keep the context close to delivery
Comments and attachments keep supporting material with a task. My work and overdue views help a person find what needs attention, while project progress gives a shared view of completion.
CapZero Project Management is for teams coordinating people, dates, and shared responsibilities. Whether the work is an internal initiative or a wider implementation, the aim is the same: a plan the team can use throughout delivery.
